Peter Wong, M.D.

Co-Founder

Dr. Tsung-Pi Peter Wong is a family medicine doctor with more than 25 years of experience. He carries a breadth of experience coming from acute in-patient settings, including post-hospital care, and general preventative care. Dr. Wong received his medical degree from Louisiana State University, in New Orleans, serving his residency with Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. Before his move to private practice, Dr. Wong carries five years of experience in emergency room care.

Frank Lin, M.D.

Frank Lin, M.D., is a family medicine doctor with more than 20 years of experience. He is well trained in treating a broad spectrum of family medicine, including adolescent care, women’s health, geriatric medicine, treating obesity, diabetes, hypertension, and various other acute and chronic illnesses. Dr. Lin received his medical degree from Chicago Medical School/Rosalind Franklin University, and served his residency with Dignity Health in Sacramento. He spent nearly 20 years with Palo Alto Medical Foundation/Sutter Health before transitioning to private practice.

Delisa Simon, N.P.

Delisa Simon is a nurse who has been with TriValley Medical Associates since 2024. She received her BSN from University of Central Oklahoma, and her master’s degree from Holy Names University in Oakland, with a specialty in nursing.
